Pastors faithfully care for others week after week -- through grief, conflict, burnout, and doubt -- often without anyone asking how they are doing. Isolation and quiet desperation are far more common in ministry than most people realize.

Rooted Pastors exists to walk alongside those leaders. Through one-on-one spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, retreats, and soul care, we come alongside pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses with the presence and support they need. When pastors are spiritually healthy, churches flourish, families are strengthened, and communities experience the hope of Christ. Last year, we served 205 leaders across 29 states, 7 countries, and 18 denominations -- all at little or no cost to them. Eight out of ten could not be here without donor support.
