August 2–5, 2026 · Glen Eyrie · Colorado Springs, CO
For a few days at Glen Eyrie, eight couples stepped away from the noise of everyday ministry life to simply be together. Surrounded by mountains and the quiet beauty of God's presence, they walked, rested, and reconnected, some for the first time in a long while. Together they explored what it means to attune to one another, to name the longings underneath the surface, and to be truly present with the person beside them. They worshiped together, took communion together, and brought what they had been carrying to the foot of the cross. No marriage left this retreat finished or fixed. But many left with new tools, honest connections with other couples who understand the weight of ministry life, and a fresh sense that they are not walking alone. We are grateful for the ground that was tilled here, and we are praying for the ongoing work God continues in each of these marriages. We cannot wait for what he will do again next year.
A note of gratitude
Thank you to everyone who prayed for these couples before, during, and after this retreat. Your prayers were not background noise. They were part of what God did here. We ask that you continue to hold these marriages in prayer as they carry the work of this week back into the everyday. The ground that was tilled still needs tending, and they need your faithful intercession. We are already looking forward to what God will do next year.
